Studio by Engrain is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator for 20-25 hours per week. In this position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial transactions are made timely and accurately in a fast-paced, high growth company. This is a cross-functional role with the operations and client services teams. Looking to grow? This position has the potential to become full time. You are:

  • A detailed and precise number cruncher with strong organizational skills 
  • A financial spreadsheet guru 
  • Transparently honest and able to handle confidential data with integrity

You Can Expect To:

  • Issue customer invoices
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable 
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations
  • Follow-up with clients on past-due balances and collection accounts
  • Track key financial metrics and run reports as needed
  • Record customer billing and product information are accurately captured in Salesforce
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis, as needed
  • Complete purchase requests and expense reimbursements
  • Be the point of reference for employees and vendors as it relates to supplies and equipment
  • Procure and track office supplies
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, well-organized & stocked office
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Review and approve employee paid-time-off requests

We Would Like:

  • 3 years bookkeeping experience
  • Highly proficient with accounting software (Quickbooks Desktop preferred)
  • Willingness and desire to take initiative
  • Comfortable and demonstrated proficiency with technology
