Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Parking Manager who is up to the challenge of maintaining our successful surface parking lot portfolio and assisting in growing and developing new parking revenue opportunities.

This position is both managerial and hands-on. You will oversee a portfolio of surface parking lots, manage a wonderful team of Parking Enforcers and Event staff, and ensure the smooth operations of the business.

What the team needs from you

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding and training of new hires as well as daily oversight and support for existing staff within your portfolio.

• Monitor the financial performance of the locations within your portfolio and seek out opportunities to optimize revenue generation.
• Meet and exceed all KPIs and Management goals.
• Create and analyze reports related to the business operations of your portfolio.
• Create and execute SOP's for each location under management.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all clients and customers.
• Collect, count, and deposit cash on an established schedule.
• Ensure parking lot equipment, paystation hardware, and software are all maintained with minimal downtime.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of each location under management.
• Assist in other company initiatives and projects as needed.

What you will bring to the team

• 2 years of Management experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Flexible schedule – Must be available for on-call evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions as needed.
• A dependable, independent and detail-oriented work ethic.

Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours/day.
• Ability to work outdoors during all seasons. 
• Able to bend, climb ladders and lift up to 75 pounds. 

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
