Pardot Administrator (contract)

3 - 6 months contract with possible extension.
Job Requirements:
- Administer Pardot, including the management of system upgrades, sandbox, and releases.
- Respond to issues, change requests, and other administrative needs of Pardot end users.
- Become closely familiar with DISQO’s Marketing and Sales business processes and cross-functional operations.
- Create and manage Marketing reporting leveraging Pardot and Salesforce Datasets.
- Develop internal relationships with business stakeholders.
- Develop Pardot administration documentation.
- Handle all basic administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Complete regular internal system audits.
- Understand the dynamics between Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Inbox, Engage and other Salesforce tools and create connections between them to ensure clean and automated data flows that meet end-user business needs.
- Onboard new Salesforce Inbox and Engage users.
- Problem solve sync errors as sync errors can originate from either platform and require investigation in both systems.
- Configure new external partners to the Pardot system, writing necessary connectors that are native or using integration tools such as Zapier.
- Maintain deep knowledge of upcoming Pardot Releases as Pardot is consistently rolling out new tools and phasing out old ones.
- Responsible for correcting any data issues within the system and keeping the application up to date, including system upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT and Salesforce Administrators to perform data de-duping and clean-up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify, represent and communicate key business metrics.
- Coordinate with IT on Okta integrations and user support of Okta to Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- 2+ years of experience with Pardot administration is required.
- Pardot certification is required.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com is required. (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)
- Experience with B2B Marketing Analytics (B2BMA) and Analytics Studio required/Tableau
- Experience building reporting with a Pardot data set for a marketing team
- Deep knowledge of Engage and Salesforce Inbox administration
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision
- Ability to present ideas and information in multiple groups
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Consistent ongoing knowledge acquisition in Pardot (and other systems or technologies)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Strong HTML and CSS skills preferred
