Little Adam & Eve, based in Arvada, Colorado is an eCommerce Children's Boutique with an in-house Children's brand. We have grown over 1000% in 2 years and have won awards from our selling platform including: "Fastest Growing Seller". 

We are looking for a fun, energetic, hardworking self-starter to manage our back-warehouse operations and staff. We are located near Old Town Arvada. Our office is casual and creative, but highly productive.

The Role:

Reports to CEO. The Operations Lead will be responsible for coordinating and handling all daily shipping activities including: processing, packing and shipping orders. This individual will manage a team of 2-6 shippers and delegate tasks including: customer service, personalization, shipping & scheduling. 

Responsibilities:

• Must be incredibly organized and detail oriented. 
• Must be able to stay on top of deadlines and schedules
• Problem solver, work on handling issues with the shipments and inventory
• Self-motivated and multi-tasks with minimal supervision

Compensation: 

$16-22/hr
