Position Overview

Under the direct supervision and mentorship of the Managing Director, the Operations Specialist needs to be an energetic, positive and highly motivated individual. The position requires management and supervision of our high-end adventure trips, ensuring every detail is properly checked and confirmed. As the company grows, the position may start part-time and grow into a full-time role. The position is ideal for someone who's willing to work their way up from the ground level and grow within a team.

Abercrombie & Kent was founded 55 years ago as a luxury tour operator in Kenya and Tanzania. Over the years, the company has opened individual offices around the world to operate their trips. In 2019, the United States office was launched in Boulder, where all the adventures for North America will be managed. Job Responsibilities

  • Confirming details of trip operations with various suppliers.
  • Entering trip information in our reservation system.
  • Writing descriptions about our destinations.
  • Researching new destinations and ideas for trip design.

Minimum Qualifications and Abilities

  • Eye for detail.
  • Desire to grow and be mentored.
  • Bachelors degree.
