What We Need
We are looking for an Operations Manager to grow our customer base for. This individual will onboard our customers (Frac Companies, E&Ps, Sand Companies and Trucking Companies), and lead the development of our current customers to support the overall company growth strategy. This role would also entail data analysis to provide insights to better support customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Customer target accounts:
- Manage and assist in the training and onboarding of users across Frac Companies, E&Ps, Sand Companies and Trucking Companies
- Manage the customer acquisition process from onboarding, to operations, to contract negotiation, to post sale project implementation
- Manage change management and adoption cycle of users
- Analytics:
- Pull and analyze data data to demonstrate value of application to customers
- Measure and provide insights on AI data
- Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis
- Travel:
- Travel domestically >50% of the time, mostly across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Ohio.
- Strategize to Increase Adoption:
- Develop monthly account management report with strategy, KPIs, and progress update
- Impact our direction:
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive product partnerships and influence our product development roadmap to drive growth and differentiation
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in Frac Logistics Operations
- Experience in implementing SaaS in oilfield operations
- Demonstrated success in growing client accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs
- Our solution impacts operations and supply chain organizations, hence the ability to work with customer’s cross-functional organization and lead change management is critical
