Operations Coordinator 

Summary/Objective:

As part of our Operations Department, the Operations Coordinator is part of the the Housing Logistics Team. This position will be focused on working with our Utilities vendors to coordinate turning on and shutting off utility services to short term housing accommodation across the United States. This position is responsible for contacting various vendors to schedule and coordinate transactions, setups, or deliveries to ensure our clients have seamless “turnkey ready” housing upon arrival.

Essential Functions:

• Facilitate the housing utilities logistics through email and phone communication
• Identify, initiate, and develop strategic vendor relationship
• Work directly with Account Managers to deliver customized housing solutions to clients
• Think critically to provide the highest level of service to client
• Coordinate multiple unit set-ups and turn-offs simultaneously remotely from Denver working on a national level.

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma and 2 years’ experience.
