Operations Coordinator, 3D Pipeline (Contract)
Havenly is interior design for real people. We're a funded tech startup in Denver, and we believe everyone deserves a beautiful home they love. We are looking for an Ops Coordinator to join our Design Operations team. The Ops Coordinator will assist the design operations team in daily management of the 3D visualization pipeline (getting client rooms through our 3D pipeline via our rendering partners), quality assurance on the 3D visuals and support to the business stakeholders requesting renderings. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Design Operations team, supporting the company’s core design product and ensure a delightful experience for every client that we serve. You’ll help define and manage the pipeline of work which will include a substantial volume of executional tasks within a fast-paced environment. This role impacts internal stakeholders in marketing, Havenly designers as well as our design clients so attention to detail is key.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- General
- Support the Director of Design Operations in ramping up the number of 3D renderings we produce each month through our growing offshore rendering partners
- Interact and communicate with various levels in the organization from individual contributors to contract designers and external vendors
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve blockers for our 3rd partners
- Manage many simultaneous tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Operations
- Manage flow of newly finished client designs and send a subset through our 3D rendering pipeline
- Ensure our offshore 3D partners have all relevant information they need to successfully render each client design
- Publish standards to our 3D partners and ensure comprehension and compliance against those standards
- QA 3D rooms once complete and provide feedback to partners and make adjustments to those not meeting standards
- Meet 3D rendering production goals each month
- Project Management
- Follow currently defined 3D production pipeline - task our rendering partners using Havenly internal tools to gather relevant information
- Use partner tools to follow the progress of work in process and approve finished work
- Manage payments to our 3d partners regularly for work completed
Key Job Qualifications:
- One year + of experience working at an online consumer brand or physical store retailer, preferably in the e-commerce space.
- Outstanding individual and team performer with excellent track record of driving success.
- A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively when directed by a manager

This role allows for remote working but the option to work out of Havenly’s Denver HQ also exists. This is a contract position for the first 3 month with possible option to continue at the end of the engagement.
