Operations Associate. Do you like making processes more efficient? Do you like organization? Do you love helping others? Do you like the environment? Are you good at problem solving – especially when using spreadsheets? Do you enjoy working independently…but know when to ask for help? If you answered yes, you might be a great candidate to support our Customer Experience, Marketing, Digital and Product operations. You would be our first Operations hire and would have a lot of opportunity to innovate, create and earn more responsibility. You would report directly to the CEO and have exposure across the organization.

Responsibilities could include:

1. Develop and manage a Weekly operations Dashboard and Report.
2. Develop / maintain pricing tools.
3. Build tools to calculate the ecological savings of our various products.
4. Advance website experience and conversion with support of our digital agency.
5. Make updates to website/literature as products are revised or replaced.
6. Manage quarterly departmental reporting
7. Product and market research for our innovation pipeline

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong desire to identify opportunities and work to solve problems.
• A love (and proficiency) for Excel and spreadsheets
• Comfort with taking responsibility and working independently.
