Operations Associate at Signpost
As an operations associate, you’ll be joining a small but mighty team responsible for ensuring the entire business is running smoothly, and will be a critical part of our future success. The operations team takes on everything from our lead strategy to day-to-day reporting, and vendor management. If working (often quietly in the background) on enabling your teammates and always solving for the health of the business, sounds like you, then we’re excited to meet you!
The day to day of the Operations Associate role will focus on the day to day running of the sales and CS team and will include managing the daily and weekly reporting that allows these teams to run. Basic excel skills are a must, and any experience with Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau are a plus. You’ll work closely with the entire operations team and the role will report to our Director of Operations.
