Online Casino Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an Online Casino Operations Manager to join our growing Online Casino team in Denver, as iGaming expands into the growing North American market. As Online Casino Operations Manager you will report to the VP of Online Casino Revenue and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Operation of Casino Content

• Introducing and optimizing operational processes for the delivery of content and on-going maintenance per state against regulatory and compliance requirements
• Liaising with multiple departments to ensure content on-site and in-app is optimized for our audience types
• Bringing content to market operationally
• Working with multiple departments to shape multivariate and AB testing for the online casino.

Reporting Management

• Work with existing resources to run and analyze daily and weekly reporting to identify issues and opportunities and to ensure the wider business is aware of performance
• Support the Online Casino management team with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as required in the development of operational roadmaps and strategic planning
• Proactively engage with analysts and analytical tools to deliver actionable insights to improve the casino experience

Market Preparation

• Where applicable, support the company's Business Development teams in preparing for market/state entry from an operational perspective.

Management

• Manage a team of up to 2 people to help deliver the above responsibilities

SKILLS WE SEEK

• Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in casino operations, Online casino preferred
• Experience managing small to medium size teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
• Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings
• Brings Innovative and creative ideas
• Ability to: Take initiatives, learn quickly
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods of the sports calendar
