We are currently looking for an Online Casino Director to join our growing Online Casino team in Denver, as iGaming expands into the growing North American market. As Online Casino Director you will report to the VP of Online Casino Revenue and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Casino Operations

• Accountable for the delivery of the Casino strategy, including operations and promotional activity
• Responsible for driving tactical change into operations and promotions so as to achieve the Casino revenue targets.
• Accountable for ensuring the operational integrity of the casino, including introducing and optimizing team processes for testing game content and core Casino site/app functions, content optimization and ensuring that creative design and marketing messages carry our core values and promotions
• Responsible for the Casino promotional team so as to deliver engaging, differentiating and commercially successful promotions, including cross sell from Sports
• Responsible for ensuring that day to day and weekly reporting is accurate, delivered on time and is used to drive the tactical direction of the casino operation
• Applying learnings from reports in assisting the Vice President in determining the long term casino strategy, including forecasting and budget
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with other key departments critical to the casino operation, such as CRM, Compliance, Product Dev/Tech, Customer Support

New Market Entry

• Lead the Casino operations team in the planning and then execution of entering new markets Ensure operations remain compliant in every state and territory the Casino is active in

Management

• Manage 2 direct reports in a team of 5+

SKILLS WE SEEK

• Masters level degree or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in online gambling operations, online casino preferred
• Experience in managing medium size teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
• Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings
• Brings Innovative and creative ideas
• Ability to take initiative and learn quickly
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods
