We are currently looking for an Online Casino Compliance Officer to join our Denver based team.As Online Casino Compliance Officer, you will report to the Director of Complianceand will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Assist with the online casino launch/go-live process across multiple jurisdictions, including ensuring that corporate licenses, employee occupational licenses, internal controls, terms and conditions, and other related documents are properly drafted, timely submitted, and approved by regulatory bodies
• Proactively provide online casino-related Compliance support to all departments
• Gather and provide information in response to regulator inquiries/requests
• Assist in development of Compliance department procedures and best practices related to online casino
• Monitor updates to online casino regulations
• Respond to all issues relating to regulatory compliance in assigned states
• Work with the various regulatory bodies to address incidents of non-compliance should they occur and help to implement remedial plans
• Act as a point of contact with regulators for customer complaints
• Engage in regulatory research to support all departments, including requests for research on particular matters as well as proactive research into emerging/potential markets
• Interact with technology and product teams on software releases, casino games, testing, launches, and other critical matters related to the online casino platform
• Ensure all online casino offerings are compliant with each jurisdiction's regulations
• As requested, support Compliance matters related to sports betting
• Work with the AML and Payments & Fraud teams

SKILLS WE SEEK

• Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
• 2+ years experience in gaming, including previous experience with online casino
• Knowledge of regulations, industry trends, best practices, and applicable laws regarding iGaming
• Strong work ethic, is accountable, works smart, and pushes self and others for results
• Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
• Attention to detail and organized
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings (i.e., one to one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels)
• Comfort working with all departments to address issues as they arise
• Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique
• Learns quickly. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods
