Brief Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to add to our team of exceptional talent. This individual will be tasked with supporting growth and ensuring that every Gingr customer has an ideal on-boarding experience including a smooth transition from the sales team, and a comprehensive walk-through of the Gingr platform and setup options. In a nutshell, you will be tasked with learning and understanding a client’s business processes, and translating those into a customized software solution often times using a combination of both standard and creative solutions. The onboarding team’s role is to ensure that the onboarding process is positive, efficient, and demonstrates the team’s above-and-beyond mentality.
Experience and Skills:
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and build strong personal networks in a fast-moving organization.
Experience in a customer facing role, both over the phone and via email.
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex ideas.
Ability to strategize and translate said strategy into an executable plan and set of deliverables.
Problem-solver who has a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and proactively manage risk with creative solutions.
SaaS experience preferred, Gingr experience a huge plus!
Experience working in a dog kennel is also very helpful.
Set and manage client expectations and day-to-day interactions during the onboarding process; organize and facilitate project planning, regular phone calls, and online presentations.
Provide product and best practice training, as well as technical and ad-hoc support to our new customers and ensure that their account is set up to maximize the value of our solution.
Finding creative solutions within Gingr in order to accommodate a client’s specific business processes.
Regularly monitor each account, encouraging clients to remain active in their setup process.
Gather and relay feedback from new clients to internal teams, in the interest of continuous improvement of the product and internal processes.
