THE OPPORTUNITY

NurseFly is looking for an onboarding specialist to help bring a magical experience to our candidates. You will engage with our candidates at every point of their journey, from when they first join the site to when they are place in a job. You will work closely with NurseFly’s exec team and account management team to ensure customer success, loyalty, and retention.
- On-boarding & communicating with hundreds of candidates per week over phone, email, text, and chat
- Introducing candidates to NurseFly and its benefits and answering all their questions about the product
- Helping coach candidates through profile build, job applications, and common travel questions
- Generating, maintaining, and sharing educational resources, training, and best practices
- Working closely with the account management team to pass on candidates directly to preferred partners
- Ensuring candidate loyalty by providing a nurturing experience and following up to ensure placement success
- Managing and maintaining CRM and campaigns to re-engage preferred candidates
THE SKILL SET
- 1-2+ years of experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
- A true passion for helping healthcare professionals finding the job of their dreams
- Ability to lead and develop projects/programs that help drive candidate delight
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Hard worker - you’re driven and can put in the long hours to get the job done
- Team player - you enjoy collaborating with others
- College degree
Nice to have:
- Experience as a travel healthcare professional, or familiarity with needs of travel healthcare professionals
- Experience using technology systems (ex. Intercom, Zendesk, Google Apps, etc)
