CARE Administrative Lead

DispatchHealth is looking for a full-time CARE Administrative Lead to join our growing team in Colorado. This position will be working at the Denver office, assisting the CARE Manager with the call-center.

Job Duties:

  • Office Supplies - Order and maintain inventory
  • Furniture and equipment inventory for the CARE Team
  • Working with outside vendors
  • Event coordinating
  • Oversee department maintenance
  • Oversee conference rooms for executive meetings
  • Payroll/Hours worked updates in Zizzl
  • Ordering lunches for both Denver & Dallas call centers
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Two years customer service
  • Office management experience
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong organization skills, must manage multiple tasks at once
  • Effective time management and organization are keys to success in this role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This person will need to work cooperatively and positively.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Healthcare call center experience
  • Experience with Athena
