Office Manager

We are looking for an energetic multi-tasker Office Manager to organize and coordinate all administration-related issues. RESPONSIBILITIES
Working out of the Louisville office, you will be the go-to person for all things facilities, office management, and IT related. You will also collaborate regularly with the rest of our Global People and Facilities Team members across California and Israel on culture and employee engagement priorities. Below are some of the tasks at the core of your success:
- Handle all office management duties including office appearance and maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, shopping, etc.
- Plan and coordinate office activities and annual events within budget (e.g., happy hours, holiday party, volunteer opportunities), as well as ad hoc events such as off-site retreats and team-building activities.
- Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the office by answering first-level employee requests and questions. (e.g., stationery, hardware, travel arrangements)
- Assist with new employee onboarding including ordering equipment, setting up their work area, and scheduling their initial meetings.
- Assist the People and Recruiting team with employee recruitment and retention tasks including interview scheduling, set up for training sessions, and perks administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of administrative experience at a fast-paced technology company
- Tech-savvy with expert proficiency in MSOffice, GSuite apps and other related business and communication tools (i.e., Adobe Acrobat, Slack, Expensify)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with the mentality to “get stuff done”
- Effective and engaging interpersonal communication style
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Behavioral Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field preferred
