| Greater Denver Area

About Parsyl

Parsyl is an early-stage, venture-backed technology platform that was founded with the mission to improve health and save money by providing a better way to ensure the integrity of sensitive goods as they are shipped around the globe. We do this by combining proprietary sensing devices with powerful predictive data analytics to offer an unprecedented view of quality assurance and risk dynamics.

If you get excited thinking about joining a company whose technology will help answer questions like: “Should I give this vaccine to a child?” and “Is this seafood safe to eat?”- we’re looking for you.

Where you fit in:

As an early member of a fast growing startup, you will work across the company to ensure that our office is running smoothly and efficiently. You will wear many hats and have the opportunity to work with employees across all parts of the business.

You are a good fit for this position if you are highly organized yet flexible with a go-getter attitude. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are critical.

What you’ll get to work on:

  • Make the working environment at our Denver HQ productive and comfortable, managing everything from the basics (utilities, mail, snacks, supplies) to organizing all-hands meetings and team events (happy hours, offsites).

  • Plan, arrange and maintain the workspace to help ensure our space is ready and welcoming for employees and visitors.

  • Manage shipments of products and materials for various conferences and customer visits and assist the fulfillment team with customer deliveries as necessary.

  • Assist the accounting team with documentation of invoices, receipts and statements.

  • Coordinate on-boardings of new employees, managing their first days to ensure they have the best experience possible and access to whatever resources they need.

  • Support the leadership team by helping with scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, and other ad hoc administrative duties.

  • Support recruiting and scheduling onsite visits.

  • Report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the executive team, with opportunity to grow within the company.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years working in an office environment - experience at a start-up is a big plus

  • Expert organization skills

  • Great time-management

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment

  • Comfort with Google GSuite (especially Calendar) and Drive

Qualities We Look For:

  • Mission -- You are highly motivated and inspired by our mission to improve health and save money for people across the globe.

  • Grit -- You bring determination and a strong will to the challenges and opportunities that come with being at an early stage startup.

  • High Standards -- You take pride in your work and are highly accountable.

  • Curiosity -- You are energized by finding creative solutions to new situations.

  • Self-Starter -- You are ambitious and take initiative, and thrive in environments with minimal supervision.
