Overview:

Alteryx, Inc. is looking for an energetic and dynamic Office Manager for our Broomfield location. 

 About this role:We are looking for a superstar office professional to serve as the primary point of contact to manage our Broomfield, CO office and ensure it runs smoothly. Responsibilities will include office administrative tasks, event planning, vendor management, supply ordering, reception duties, and some executive level support.
Position details: 

  • Provides office administration support; managing pantry, mail/courier services and related support.
  • Manages and maintains common areas to keep clean and clutter free, organized, in good working order, stocked and ready for use - including conference rooms, hallways, kitchens, supply rooms, and reception area.
  • Helps manage schedule, arrange travel, book conference room space, and catering for office/department activities.
  • Plans and coordinates a wide variety of office and company-wide events. 
  • Assists in the coordination and execution of meetings and special events, including room reservations, catering, technical support, etc. 
  • Maintains clear, proactive communication with office leadership on initiatives.
  • Assists with shipping and receiving; maintaining contact with our shipping vendors.
  • Acts as a liaison with Property Management regarding maintenance issues and office upkeep.
  • Orders drinks and snacks for office on a weekly basis.
  • Periodic travel may be required to support off-site special events
  • Serves as backup to the receptionist to ensure all guests are greeted, signed in, and security across the office is maintained.
  • Assists all departments with special projects and varied tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of office or department management work in a professional corporate office environment
  • Experience organizing and coordinating office events is highly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Willingness to take initiative on special projects, tasks, and events.
  • High level of integrity and ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Office suite
