Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, support related, and tactical tasks and is able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Stream expects the office manager to be a part of the tight knit community.
What you will be doing
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office events and undertake various tasks, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, cleanliness, safety and fun! The Office Manager is responsible for inventory, operational budget costs, deliveries, staff needs and events. An ideal office manager continually seeks to improve the office environment, creates positive and creative opportunities for the company, and looks for opportunities to lighten the workload of other employees.

- Employee parking pass refill
- Instacart Orders
- Drizly Orders
- Refill toiletries
- Refill office supplies
- Dishes and Kitchen Organization
- Coffee Stocking
- Drink refrigerators refills
- Keeper of Amazon
- Mail - packages and shipping needs
- Team lunches
- Employee onboarding tasks
- Take out large recycling as it accumulates at stairway
- Organize Google drive as needed
- Organize and execute team events
Other responsibilities
- Point person for maintenance
- Point of contact for cleaning
- Organize off-site working events
- Company swag
- Holiday - plan, organize, execute
- Receipts - clean account managing in Brex
- Eco pass distribution - new employees, notifications of cancellations
- Miscellaneous furniture assembly
- Get pastries/coffee ready for investor meetings
- Organize employee recognition (birthdays, anniversaries)
- Overall communications
- Cross communication/connection with Amsterdam team
