Well Data Labs is looking to hire our first Office Manager & Administrative Assistant to support many teams in our small, but scaling software company in downtown Denver!

A bit about the role:
This individual will be on the front lines of creating an exceptional experience by providing office and administrative support in a positive, proactive, and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is organized, flexible, efficient, kind, has a high degree of integrity, and a great sense of humor. This position will report to the People Operations Manager and is from Monday-Thursday for 32 hours a week as a non-exempt employee.

Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role:
- As a lean startup, you will wear many hats and support a variety of departments in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
- Manage office administration included but not limited to: ordering office supplies, kitchen goodies, business cards, swag, etc.Be the frontlines our office: receive packages, answer the door and greet guests
- Manage relationships with vendors and building management
- Participate in on-boarding new employees and setting them up for success (i.e. onboarding checklists, schedule trainings, desk setup, etc.)
- Assist in schedule coordination and travel for CEO and others, as needed
- Assist with the coordination of industry and staff events
- Assist other departments with projects, as needed
Minimum Qualifications to Apply:
- 2 + years of experience in a fast-paced environment in an operations, administrative assistant, or human resources role preferred
- Possess a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under broad direction, while juggling multiple competing priorities
- Be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude toward the continuous learning curve and ambiguity of a startup
- Organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Tested ability to be discreet and protect confidential information
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
