DAT is seeking an energetic and efficient Office Coordinator to join our outstanding team in Denver.
You'll bring all your organization and productivity skills to our busy office and make an impact on a dynamic team.
As the Office Coordinator you'll assist with a wide range of projects, helping with a variety of tasks to support onsite and remote employees.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with planning/organizing on-site and off-site meetings, events, and retreats.
  • Manage Covid protocol adherence for employees in the office.
  • Order, track, and stock office supplies and manage staff purchase requests.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Properly stock snacks, drinks, and pantry area.
  • Maintain common spaces within the office.
  • Inspect all printers for accurate function, cleanliness, and paper stock. Place corrective work orders as needed.
  • Coordinate new hire office orientations - induction into the office space, setting up their workstation and enabling building access.
  • Manage incoming visitors, oversee conference room scheduling, etc.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors.
  • Establish partnership with building management, ensure important building information is shared and work requests are coordinated.
  • Ability to handle heavy packages and move furniture.
  • Assist IT with video conferencing/AV testing and managing equipment inventory.
  • Provide other administrative support including but not limited to running local errands and ordering lunches for the onsite employees.


Skills and Experience You'll Need

  • 5+ years of direct experience as an administrative professional in a busy, corporate environment.
  • Experience managing the flow of an office, creating processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive, responsive, and strategic.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seamlessly prioritize (and reprioritize) key tasks throughout the day.
  • Ability to recognize confidential, critical, proprietary information and maintain such information as confidential.
  • High degree of social finesse and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at every level.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to think creatively and proactively.
  • Adaptable and diplomatic: ability to read each situation.
  • Proficient with Google Workday, Microsoft Office, video technology, and more.
  • Experience with an office move or expansion is a plus.
  • Have received the COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Associates degree.


(Colorado only) In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $60k, plus benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
