The Impact You'll Have at Return Path

Return Path's Office Coordinator will be the friendly and welcoming face of Return Path to employees, vendors, and visitors. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a welcoming environment for guests, employees, and candidates (sign in guests, give tours as needed).
  • Assist Office Services team with administrative projects and special events as needed
  • Coordinate, interact, and maintain relationships with all suppliers and property managers
  • Prep for new hire onboarding: prepare new hire folders, order supplies, issue access badges and parking permits, setting up desk space, updating bio wall, and conducting building tours.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and out with proper access identification
  • Manage purchases, submit all receipts and invoices to manager
  • Oversee ordering and putting away office and kitchen supplies, including snacks, and routine lunches, with organization and cleanliness in mind.
  • Updates budget with daily, weekly and monthly expenses with goal of staying on track of yearly spend
  • Handle all deliveries (inbound, outbound) and outgoing mail
  • Assist with employee departures
  • Solicit feedback from team members, manager, and/or customers when needed for projects, performance, and business, reporting back with an action plan or progress

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Have a "can-do" attitude and be determined to get results
  • Stay calm under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Pay close attention to details
  • Have some knowledge of Google business applications, including Gmail, GCalendar, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
  • Be flexible and adaptable - work independently but also be a team player
  • 1 year experience in an office support role
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the Office Services team as well as teams from our other global office locations.
  • Exemplify and promote the values of Return Path culture
  • Work collaboratively with IT and facility management for facility and technology issues when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, be professional and positive, work discreetly and maintain confidentiality
