A Gloo Office Administrator is a key contributor to the success of our operations across the company. Office Administrators are important members of the team – they help to keep things running smoothly. Every day is different as the Gloo Office Administration team wears many hats. We are growing, changing and evolving and we need someone who is flexible and up for new challenges that each day brings. The Office Administration team functions at a high capacity completing tasks and fulfilling responsibilities within the categories of administration, office facilities, company culture and logistics.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining conference room organization and functionality
- Stocking offices with everything they need (communal, conference and meeting areas)
- Keeping teams fueled with non-stop coffee, snacks, beverages and beers
- Handling mail, filing, employee directory (changes weekly), general inquiries, and greeting visitors – all that basic office stuff
- Staying proactive and keeping a fresh perspective to constantly improve office operations and aesthetics
- You are always improving processes and the look of the office
- Stretching yourself professionally by jumping into unfamiliar territory whenever necessary
- Helping shape a positive/ high energy office culture
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Administrative experience
- Demonstrates competency with Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, outlook)
- Self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind – you can switch priorities quickly and your memory is remarkable
- Organized – with a brain that thinks in terms of process efficiency
- Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality – you genuinely like working with people
- A good sense of humor and a passion for making a positive impact in the world
Compensation:
- Hourly Employee
- Starting pay : $18.00-$22.00
