Position Summary

AN experienced Nurse Manager to lead a team of nurses and medical assistants to support the clinical operations of a fast-growing multi-state medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage/build a team of nurses and medical assistants
  • Develop, implement, and manage a clinical competency program for the clinical support center
  • Provide clinical support to the providers in the field
  • Serve as second line clinical liaison for patients and their families

Professional Competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

  • A passion for education and developing novel education programs
  • Ability to lead and develop a clinical team
  • Ability to develop scalable and reliable processes
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that always puts the patients and clinical teams first

Education and Experience:

  • RN with 5+ clinical experience
  • Diverse clinical background; deep experience in acute care triage a must.
  • 2+ years of management experience
