National Account Manager – Hotel Engine

 
The National Account Manager will focus on growing state and corporate account base through effective account management and consultative sales techniques. The primary responsibilities for this team member will be to assist clients with daily needs, grow market-share and incremental business with corporations and states, establish Hotel Engine as a preferred platform, and produce high revenue-high yield business for Hotel Engine. Success in the role will be measured primarily by customer growth and retention of new businesses.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Must be self-directed and resourceful to accomplish all position responsibilities with minimal direction, including ability to work from home.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to analyze data and identify value creating opportunities to meet sales objectives.
  • Ability to establish Customer relationships and build rapport with accounts.
  • The ability to think strategically and identify solutions to customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Account Executive to fulfill all tasks needed for accounts. 
  • Collaborate across different departments to ensure the needs of high value clients are addressed in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully handling accounts and customers
  • Full understanding of the sales process from lead to close to ongoing account management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate understanding of SalesForce and Excel
  • BA/BS degree
