What you will do:

  • Lead customers through the implementation of our merchant service including offering an exceptional sales experience, first-rate account management, and superb technical support
  • Coordinate with Retention team to meet or exceed renewal and revenue goals for church partners
  • Maintain beneficial working relationships with Payment Processor(s) and serve as a conduit between them and church partners
  • Understand and implement payment processing/ merchant industry policies and procedures, and provide communication and education to our customers
  • Generate leads for new merchant service business
  • Perform church partner site analyses to ensure product/service excellence
  • Maintain leading-edge knowledge of the industry, including issues, trends, regulations, etc. to provide subject matter expertise to the company
  • Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies
  • Consistent benchmarking of the industry for best practices and expects, and incorporate those into our products/services
  • Collaborate with our exceptional team from our Colorado Springs office (relocation available)

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, and/or related work experience in sales and customer service
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience in payment processing and technology, e-commerce, and account management required
  • 2+ years demonstrated project management skills, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer-obsessed services or lines of business, flexibility to adapt to changing market forces, and professional negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated leader with excellent communication, including demonstrated experience in helping non-technical audiences understand technical projects or topics
