Summary In the role of Club and Member Support Representative II, you will interact internally with our team and externally with our members from around the world. This position requires a person who understands customer support principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service. Description

  • Provide quality service and support to external and internal customers via telephone, email, chat, mail, and face-to-face
  • Use a computerized system to support member inquiries, such as website navigation and financial transactions
  • Maintain the accuracy of member data and records, and assist in the preparation of required reports
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and Toastmasters members
  • Trained in a singular subject to provide specialized support
  • Other duties as required by management
  • Interact with customers as a primary focus

Knowledge and Skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to write professionally clear and concise letters, chats, and emails
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of customer interaction
  • Superior data entry experience with proven speed and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, which includes advanced problem solving and sophisticated member satisfaction techniques
  • Must be able to work on a team, as well as independently, and contribute to multiple projects
  • Must be flexible and able to accept and adapt to change
  • Non-profit or member support experience is a plus
  • Webchat experience a plus

Position Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills - Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Call center experience or experience with other service channel support equivalent (email, phone, chat)
  • Residence within one hour commute of the office located at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Suite 400, Englewood, CO 80112
  • Willing to work any of the following shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am-3:00 pm, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 10:00 am-7:00 pm, and any overtime as required, including on the weekends or holidays

This position pays $20.00/hour depending on experience and is non-exempt (hourly). This role will be working in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112 on a hybrid basis, with approximately two (2) required in-office days each week. Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the Company's COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing, and Face Covering Policy, is a condition of employment. You must have the ability to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available.
