The Customer Marketing team at Zoom is growing and we are looking for exceptional talent! As the manager for the webinar program will be responsible for driving the demand generation strategy and execution. Looking for a leader who can optimize and scale this program globally across Zoom’s platform of products. The position entails partnering with integrated marketing, product marketing, content marketing, and field marketing to plan our quarterly webinar calendar. You will help source speakers, recommend topics, and ensure our content is relevant. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Lead webinar program management and execution including content strategy, scheduling, speakers, and execution for webinars across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Source speakers, recommend content topics, write titles and descriptions, create presentations, and coordinate promotion schedules.
Comfortable on video, moderating and presenting in webinars and facilitating interactivity.
Effectively manage and mentor team members
Further develop program standards, processes and best practices to drive success.
Meet and exceed KPIs, continuously identify optimization opportunities to improve outreach, participation rates, and post-webinar experience to assist in the attainment of pipeline and revenue growth.
Evaluate and adapt team priorities on a daily basis in order to ensure key initiatives are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
Understand our buyer personas and their motivations to ensure webinars are optimized to best communicate customer needs. Be obsessed with the attendee experience and know how to tailor tactics for particular audiences across the journey.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and a global mindset
Must be autonomous, proactive with strong sense of urgency
You are a team player and have strong interpersonal skills
Experience leading a team
Proficiency in SFDC, Pardot, Domo/Tableau, Google Analytics/Optimize
7+ years of experience running marketing campaigns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud is a plus
Strong strategic thinking, communication and analytical skills required
