Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone. As a Manager of the Partner Development Service you will provide leadership and management to the members of the team and be an active Brand Ambassador within Evolve. This role provides the opportunity to build and lead a team, while strategically collaborating on how we continue to grow and innovate with our Preferred Partners.
In this role, you will be challenged to elevate the team’s productivity and skills with the goal of creating customers for life and inspiring the team through your approach to leadership. Optimizing processes to facilitate scale and consistency (and talent development) is critical to being successful in this role. Guidance from senior management will be provided but you have the freedom to lead the team in the best way possible to reach and exceed aggressive goals.
What you’ll do
- Continual evaluation of how we are engaging our Preferred Partners to ensure we are as efficient and effective as possible
- Be an active collaborator with other company leaders, identifying opportunities for full service Preferred Partners, including cleaners and guest contact, to advance other departments’ goals, and to evaluate the Partner life cycle, both upstream and downstream, in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide vision and leadership in the development and improvement of various departmental processes
- (SalesForce, portal, webinars, meet and greets) that will assist the PD- Service team and Preferred Partners in working more efficiently and effectively
- Coach team members to ensure metrics are met and individuals experience personal career growth.
- Lead weekly team meetings on relevant topics (training needs, industry news/trends, company updates, etc.)

Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $57,000-$66,000, depending on relevant experience
