Why this role:  We are looking for a driven and proactive Talent Management Operations Manager to join our growing team. As a critical member of the People Operations team, the Talent Management Operations Manager will drive programs and processes to help us make data-driven decisions that support the expansion of our organization. This new position will be an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and build and has a knack for problem-solving. Your role will be defined by critical thinking coupled with operational work and will involve collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.

As the Talent Management Operations Manager, you will build scalable processes to support our growth in Colorado and beyond, deliver people data to find insights and drive decisions, and have some fun while you’re at it. What you’ll do:

  • Lead a small Talent Management Operations team in creating efficient and scalable processes that support the People Team and Evolve as a whole
  • Monitor and deliver People metrics including diversity reporting, turnover reporting, exit survey data, engagement metrics, etc. 
  • Research strategic expansion options into new work locations based on business need
  • Partner with the Legal, Financial Controls, Tax, Payroll, Total Rewards teams by project managing the set-up and communication of expansion into new states
  • Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to track and support headcount forecasting and workforce planning
  • Assess and improve new hire onboarding processes in collaboration with L&D, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Serve as a centralized resource to support People reporting needs across the organization
  • Support the People Team in optimizing our HR technology including 15Five, Paycor, Greenhouse, desk management software, etc. 
  • Manage and enhance the teammate recognition program
  • Set up and manage bi-annual engagement surveys and performance reviews
  • Maintain and improve internal policies and state requirements to ensure compliance
  • Own and manage People Team SOPs
  • Project manage Talent Management Team initiatives, as needed

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of HR experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Business Partner, HRIS Manager or similar 
  • 1+ years of experience leading and coaching a team
  • Experience with multi-state compliance and employment law
  • Desire to grow and build scalable processes and systems
  • High degree of comfort and skill building reports and finding insights using people metrics
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Has scaled with organizations from 500 employees to over 1000 while working in an HR operations role
  • A high degree of flexibility in the face of change, an ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proactive in identifying issues and diligent in solving problems
  • Resourceful, adaptable and proactive 
  • Experience working with leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently, and also to collaborate with a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a superpower for organization

Location: 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office or a hybrid of both! We're currently all working remotely and will be opening up the office in September for our in office and hybrid options.

For this role our salary range is $95,000 to $110,000 depending on relevant experience.

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
