Position Overview:
As Vendavo expands into new product and market segments as well as new technical approaches, we are looking for a highly skilled Manager, Service Delivery, who will lead a global team supporting Vendavo’s Cloud Hosting and Integrated Service customers. Your team is responsible for a combination of Customer Relationship Management, Service Delivery and Project Management working closely with our Customer Success Directors and Professional Services team. You will be a key member of a team of highly skilled individuals that are passionate about delivering technology solutions to solve business and end-user needs.
You will be part of the Customer Experience team which is enabling Vendavo to enter a new phase of growth!
As Manager, Service Delivery, you will:
Lead a global team of Service Delivery Managers supporting Hosted and On Premise customers who subscribe to Vendavo services
Create and contribute to an environment that is geared towards customer service, high quality, high productivity and innovation
Drive internal processes to ensure consistency of high quality of service, and work with your team to improve as needed
Influence cross-functional alignment to ensure that customer needs are heard, understood and efficiently acted upon
Collaborate with the team and other leaders in resolving customer issues
Mature the team members and processes in the disciplines of customer success and customer experience
Monitor and proactively manage all delivery and service obligations to insure the proper quality of service is consistently provided to our customers
Recognize chronic or reoccurring trends in service interruptions and elevate them to senior management
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team as a manager
- 5+ years’ experience in software
- 10+ years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in software
- A Passion for Customers and a Commitment to Customer Advocacy
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and motivate the team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly to all levels of management
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of accountability, with focus on the results we need to achieve individually and collectively
- Ability to execute with a sense of urgency through thoughtful planning and disciplined execution
