Hiring rate/range: $60,000 - $70,000, with potentially for up to a 10% variable incentive bonus
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Work Location: Denver, CO. Our office is open, and we require all staff to be in the office a minimum 2 days per week. 

Summary: The Manager of Reservation Coordinators and Lease Audit will be a critical role to carry out the strategy for the team and ensure a successful move-ins are achieved. They will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, maintaining determined KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring quality standards are met. To achieve success, regular tracking and analyzing of KPIs to provide lean operational efficiencies and process improvement suggestions will be critical. The ideal candidate will have proven success at managing to KPIs and driving team engagement. Additional core responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring and evaluating the performance of your respective team, reviewing service levels and suite quality, assisting with onboarding, and manage the flow of Product Requests to the development team.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure operational activities remain within determined KPIs and SLAs for the teams.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Effectively manage a remote workforce.
  • Ability to handle and resolve escalations for RC team members, both internally and externally.
  • Create, manage, and provide reporting to leadership and team members.
  • Analyze and provide suggestion for process improvement.
  • Implement and carry out strategic projects and processes.
  • Create a team environment with highly engaged associates and career advancement.
  • Own the hiring process by conducting interviews, onboarding, and training of new hires.
  • Work cross departmental to ensure a successful and seamless move-in experience.
  • Get it Done. Know when to dive in with the team when needed to ensure a successful move in.
  • Management of associates on the team.

  • Ability to build relationships with both internal team associates and external vendors.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years proven experience in operations
  • 1-3 years of management experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • 5-7 direct reports, associate level.
