We are looking for a driven Manager for our Order Management team with experience in the SaaS technology space. The Order Management Manager will be responsible for collaborating with sales team on processing orders in a timely manner and project management for automation. This role will report to the Head of Order Management.

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage and direct the daily activities of the Order Management team based in North America

  • Work with key stakeholders in the order to cash process, specifically around quoting and provisioning and document the processes 

  • Develop an understanding of tools used by the deal desk and order management teams and work towards simplifications and automation of processes to bring efficiencies and better sales experience.

  • Assist with implementation of the Salesforce CPQ

  • Develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash process with focus on order management to billing

  • Maintain KPIs for team members 

  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to ensure consistent integrity in revenue reporting

  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are process timely and efficiently

  • Develop and implement tools and processes ensuring order fulfillment processes accurate, timely and compliant transactions

  • Create and maintain process documentation for order fulfillment policies and procedures

  • Be a trusted advisor to the sales team and partner with Finance, Billing support, and Sales Operations on order management

 

Experience:

 

  • 4+ years related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, leading Order Management or Sales Operations teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings and reporting)

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fact-paced environment with attention to detail

  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross functional organizations

  • Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative

  • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable and keep initiatives on track

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and ERP tools
