The Manager of Network and Communications leads the Network & Communication Solution Consultant (NCSC) team on a day-to-day basis and ensures their success. He/she drives and exceeds monthly sales goals while keeping the NCSCs focused on developing business and growing the number of active partners consuming Continuity products through Pax8.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to): 

  • Monitors team’s business opportunities and provides support on technologies of their focus; audits Salesforce dashboard accuracy; and ensures achievement of monthly sales goals 
  • Engages with NCSCs on key accounts and strategic deals; maintains personal contact with top 25 Network & Communication Partners 
  • Speaks to and presents Network and Communication options available through Pax8
  • Shares knowledge-based development information on: Microsoft CSP updates, programs, incentives, and rebates along with other tools in the N&C Product Category 
  • Partners with Pro Services and Partner Solutions Engineering leadership during weekly meetings 
  • Manages overall Continuity sales pipeline and forecasts 30-, 60-, and 90-day projections 
  • Participates in organizational planning and staffing 
  • Collaborates with Regional Sales Managers to develop incentives that drive sales 
  • Serves as escalation for Continuity Solution team 


Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Five (5) years of direct sales experience in a sales executive role or equivalent, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Two (2) years of Network & Communication, SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Strong communication, verbal, writing, and people skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience with a relevant technology sales background preferred.

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a an on target earnings package beginning at $175,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
