Zoom Global Services is looking for a strong, and entrepreneurial leader as Manager, Managed Services. Managed Services provides a select set of Zoom customers with proactive monitoring, remote management and helpdesk services for Zoom meetings, phone and rooms products.You will not only manage the daily leadership and development of the MSO team, but also work with multiple resources both within and outside of the Global Services organization to ensure strategy and priorities align with Zoom goals of Delivering Happiness to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead all delivery aspects of the Managed Services practice globally
• Mentor the professional development of Managed Services team members
• Establish, monitor and evolve all processes, Service level agreements and Indicators
• Ensure the Managed Service team is "Delivering Happiness" to customers
• Be a point of technical escalation for Managed Services team members
• Work with Global Services Sales and Leadership to create Managed Services offerings and pricing
• Participate with pre-sales quotes and SOWs by understanding customer requirements and provide the required service offerings.
• Scale team to meet growing Managed Services needs.
• Tools and automation implementation
• Collaborate with multiple teams including: Professional Services, Sales, Services Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success Management.

Required Experience:

• Minimum (7+) years of Managed Services or Support experience
• Minimum (3+) years of experience leading Managed Services or Support teams
• Experience developing services and service processes
• Experience scaling and developing Global teams
• Experience with UCaaS products
• Experience with the AV industry and solutions
• Experience of the Voice and PBX industry and solutions
• Experience with Zoom Products and solutions

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$101,070.00 USD
Maximum :
$187,020.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom's benefits is here . Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
