Responsibilities:
  • Develop new experiences to add to the IN Only portfolio (Ex: Cruise, Small Group Journeys, Sports Events). Delivering experiences that meet the quality, cost, and compliance with brand and member expectations
  • Build and manage the operational processes that support all experience programs, including vendor/partner management, venue contracting, event operational process, RSVPs, ticket fulfillment, and invoicing
  • Create financial proformas, cash flow models, and in excel to formulate client pricing, cost, and revenue projections for each trip
  • Maintain budget and P&L for each Experiences managed
  • Review financial and metrics and provide in-depth analysis of KPIs to ensure financial plan
  • Build experience reporting and dashboards to ensure tracking of KPI’s
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the promotion of experiential travel programs to members
  • Oversee the management and on-site execution of experiences, including vendors, staff, and partners
  • Manage relationship and liaise between the company, vendors, and our members, while representing Inspirato’s brand
  • Review terms and scope of contracts between Inspirato and existing partners. Ensuring that deadlines are met as detailed in the contract
  • Research and maintain a growing knowledge of industry products, innovations, destinations, and vendors
  • Improve operations and troubleshooting skills to better assist the Experiences Team
  • Manage Team Members to ensure administrative and tactical support

Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: (change to meet your needs)

  • Software Expertise - Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Luxury Travel Experience - Experience in the luxury travel industry is preferable
  • Project Management - Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported
  • Problem Solving – Must be able to solve problems promptly; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently, and work well in group problem-solving situations
  • Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Presentation Skills- Able to demonstrate a clear ability to create presentations that succinctly demonstrate the essence of the material being presented
  • Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages to compete for demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates the opportunity to adjust and adapt with a growing business

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications: (change to meet your needs)

  • 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, Tourism Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or similar industry
  • A degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or Resort and Hospitality Management
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Preferred qualifications or certifications:
    • Experienced in CRM systems such as Salesforce
    • Proficient in all Microsoft office operating systems
    • Understanding of basic Accounting & Finance, as well as familiarity with Excel functionality
