This position is on the Global Digital Experience Marketing team, reporting into the Director, Demand Operations. This role will be supporting end-to-end operational demand efficiency, helping to implement the processes and strategies that help the team run more effectively. Serving as an advisor to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, this person will drive cross-functional projects within the marketing organization, as well as partner closely with other groups across Digital Experience and greater Adobe to ensure alignment and teamwork. This includes working in lockstep with finance on spend planning and management and resource assessment and financial modeling. You will have deep experience interfacing across teams with exposure to all levels of an organization, as this person will consistently collaborate cross-functionally and be responsible for reports and presentations that receive executive visibility. Further, you will provide detail and rigorous accuracy when it comes to quantifying the impact on the overall business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a proxy to drive forward critical organization-wide projects
  • Regularly collaborate with key partners across the DX organization and other parts of greater Adobe
  • Oversee closely with members of the DX Marketing Leadership Team and their direct reports to capture data for executive requests
  • Project lead multiple strategic priorities in parallel
  • Work closely with the Intelligence Operations team to ensure financial and other data is informing the team’s data driven operating model (DDOM)
  • Help to define and handle budget and spend management in close partnership with FP&A
  • Produce reports and analysis via Microsoft Excel and convert these findings into executive-level presentations

Required Skills/ Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in an operational function
  • Exceptional Excel skills with a deep understanding of visualizing complex data
  • Ability to flourish in a deeply dynamic, always changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as presentation creation experience
  • Self-starter, can work independently and enthusiastically to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes
  • Utmost attention to detail, time management, organizational skills
  • Experience in working with a variety of people from different parts of the business, including but not limited to Sales, FP&A, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success
  • College graduate with B.A./B.S. degree; MBA preferred

Location

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
