The Sales Enablement Manager – Contact Center & Video Business units over our unified portfolio is a functional position responsible for ensuring both Business Unit (overlay sell with direct team models) and teams are equipped with the content, resources, tools, training, and metrics necessary to effectively differentiate and sell RingCentral products and services. These two teams work with the direct sales team to sell our unified UCaaS and CCaaS solutions in the market. The Sales Enablement Manager – Contact Center & Video plays a critical strategic role partnering with the sales leader to think about go to market strategy, employee engagement and brand of RingCentral in the market. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, passionate for connecting departments between the RingCentral and the two business units. This person will be responsible for creating new content to outline the best people to engage in your sales process, process to follow & technology. This position reports into the Leader of Worldwide Field Sales Enablement.
Collaborate between RingCentral and the Video & CC business leadership and managers to understand their needs for training and develop solutions in a timely fashion
Work with a dynamic sales leader to prioritize segment needs.
Manage the development of all learning content for sales training curriculum.
Continue to Develop new hire onboarding in place for Contact Center & Video hires.
Collaborate and team with members from various departments to build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships.
Execute the development of education and training for Contact Center & Video Account Executives, working with product marketing, management, and other key subject matter experts to identify, develop and improve core training.
Develop, deploy and manage the organization's sales certification programs.
Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity.
Technology solution-based selling (SaaS, CCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP)
Boardroom presentation experience
Willingness to travel (post COVID)
Internal drive and competitiveness
Proven track record of obtaining / exceeding sales quota
Skilled in spaced repetition enablement tactics
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas and solution to others
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
BS degree, continued training and education preferred
