SonderMind is looking to hire a Manager of Clinical Education to develop and execute strategy for our SonderMind Provider Network, clients, and internal audiences. As a Manager of Clinical Education, you will develop and implement professional development opportunities for our Providers, as well as contribute to clinical content development for SonderMind clients. You will also act as a key resource and expert in supporting the coaching of providers and their clinical outcomes. This role reports directly to the Director of Clinical Engagement. You will join a growing clinical team that is dedicated to ensuring our clients are receiving high quality care through evidence-based practice.

- Within 1 month, get up-to-speed on departmental objectives and in-flight initiatives, understand how clinical-owned initiatives interface cross-functionally with Provider Success. Develop in depth understanding of current professional development offerings and programs within SonderMind network.
- Within 2 months, have 2-3 professional development opportunities as well as internal education events in flight for SonderMind providers and employees.
- Within 2 months, coordinate with Provider Success onboarding and education team in conducting gap analysis to inform the strategic incorporation of clinical knowledge into provider onboarding experience.
- Within 3 months, comfortably designing and executing monthly internal and external training opportunities in support of quality improvement initiatives.
- Within 3-6 months, in close coordination with Director of Clinical Engagement, develop longer term provider professional development strategy based on provider population segmentation; coordinate with crossfunctional partners to drive high engagement.
- Within 3-6 months, develop clinical expertise “boot camp” for onboarding Provider Success coaches.
- Within 6-9 months, develop and execute ongoing training development and improvements regarding clinical best practices and initiatives as the need arises in the SonderMind Provider Network
- MA or MS in mental health field
- 3 years in a clinical role providing direct patient care; in depth familiarity with evidence-based practice
- 1 year developing and delivering interactive and engaging clinical educational content across a distributed network via virtual and in person channels
- Proven expertise in working with multiple stakeholders to successfully launch clinically relevant, consumer-facing product or service line in a resource-constrained environment
- Experience developing and delivering clinical educational content
- Ability to work independently with minimal specific direction and meet the intended outcomes
- Extremely high work ethic and comfort with working in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience in working in private practice setting
- Experience in a university or community counseling center, in dual clinical and teaching role
- Experience working in a startup environment
- This role is a full-time, exempt position
- Starting salary range is $100,000.00
