Amenify is hiring a manager of business systems and operations in Denver. This is a critical management position within our team. The role will be focused on ensuring that the systems and products supporting our residents, service providers, and properties are running smoothly.  Amenify’s property customers leverage our platform for service-based amenities and high-quality living experiences for their residents within Class A apartment communities.

 

The day-to-day operations will include working cross functionally as the hub to the spokes of the business.  This role will oversee the smooth operation of our resources and systems that support all areas of the platform. This team lead is responsible for the fulfillment and quality of Amenify’s services provided by our market based partners into our customer properties, and resident’s homes.  The systems & operations manager will leverage our systems, product, and process to establish and maintain the highest level of quality and execution in our business.

 

The best candidate has at least five years of proven experience operating in a dynamic, fast moving environment.  Further, we’re looking for someone who is a creative problem solver comfortable clearing a path in a new product vertical with a laser focus on Amenify’s goals.  Experience in operations with direct to consumer platforms, or service marketplace platforms has particular application at Amenify.  

 

We’re quickly enhancing the multi-family operator technology stack, and disrupting multi-billion dollar service industries at the same time.  This is all happening in a fast paced, fun, and exciting environment.  Come help solve real problems, that actually make peoples lives better.  

 

Daily responsibilities and criteria:

  • 5+ years experience working in an operations capacity.  
  • 2+ years spent managing a team. 
  • Proven record of developing, analyzing, and improving systems, process, and workflows.
  • Create reporting and maintain accurate dashboards based on current projects and pilot programs.
  • Structure, lead, and nurture Amenify’s Support, Provider Operations, and Customer Success Teams/initiatives.
  • Vey high technical aptitude, and the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts is required.
  • Excitement and enthusiasm toward learning new platforms, and technology.  But more importantly thinking through how those platforms connect through the rest of the business.
  • Manage and optimize internal systems, and products.
  • Effectively communicate relevant information and issues to internal stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Project manage key initiatives, and large customer or partner launches in new and current markets.
  • Support Amenify’s quality standards and SLA’s via ticketing, reviews, email, and chat.
  • Work with leadership to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are established and met.
  • Work hard, be creative, stay curious, and maintain a can do attitude to solve our hardest problems.
  • This role is based in Denver, Colorado. 
  • Will look opportunistically at candidates that are unique in qualifications or experience.
