The growth we are experiencing is driving the need for talented CIO Advisory and Technology consultant, focused on Strategy Consulting and Target Operating Models (TOM) design in various verticals, to deliver value for EPAM clients, architect and sell value-added solutions and to help growing our CIO and Technology Advisory practice. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage with clients to understand their challenge(s) and design viable IT Strategies, Operating Models and value-added solutions that result in measurable business benefit
• Evaluate the applicability of leading-edge technologies and frameworks, using this information to advise and influence clients future Technology strategy and associated roadmaps
• Provide a deep understanding of business and IT capabilities and functions, processes and data and related topics across the client organization
• Translate client's business issues/opportunities into business requirements, technical and process solutions
• Drive implementation of those solutions through established program/project management principles and best practices
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in a Business and Technology consulting environment
• Prior management consulting experience, especially related to designing organizational operating models (Processes, Business and Project/Product Intake, E2E Product Development, Run-State Operations) for IT organizations and\\or software engineering departments
• Experience in designing, defining, and driving business value, business key performance indications (KPIs), and operational efficiency metrics
• Experience with the digital transformation concepts including people, process, technologies in the context of multiple verticals
• Understanding of with modern cloud-based environments and SDLC frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field. MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
