The Opportunity: 

Mersive is a rapidly growing software company in downtown Denver that offers an award-winning wireless collaboration product suite that is transforming how organizations work and learn. We’re seeking a candidate to fulfill the Logistics Manager role on our fast-paced Logistics team. We’re looking for a qualified manager with demonstrated experience taking a holistic, strategic approach to high-volume orders fulfillment and processing as well as a strong tactical ability.

Due to the nature of the position, this role is an in-office position in our Denver location.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
  • Develop new strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce cost
  • Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
  • Manage and develop logistics team direct reports
  • Control order fulfillment accuracy and perform QA checks
  • Participate to Order fulfillment logistics duties as dictated by orders volume such as:
    • Hardware Testing, Product imaging, Product licensing and Product packaging and shipping
    • Order’s activations – receive orders from distributor customers for pod activations – execute and update appropriate systems
    • RMA activities (Product return and refurbishing)
  • Lead assigned Operations Projects
  • Work in tandem with Operations Manager
  • Syncing device and entitlement changes to Salesforce and related reporting
  • Reports to VP of Customer Operations

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse
  • 1-5 years of managerial experience
  • Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
  • Hands on manager comfortable in both executing tactical daily tasks and developing strategic priorities
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce/Netsuite
  • Absolute reliability, this role is counted on, you must be here as scheduled

Desired Qualifications/Experience

  • Pre and Post-sales support experience is a bonus!
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision balanced with willingness to follow specific direction when required
  • Ability to remain positive and upbeat while dealing with shipping deadlines, especially round month-end.
  • Ability to keep great accuracy while processing routine and repetitive orders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or another related field or equivalent experience preferred
