Licensing Coordinator

The Licensing Coordinator at PopSockets will be part of our Licensing Design team and be responsible for communication between Popsockets and the Licensors and maintenance of all brand license portal. You will participate in helping to launch innovative Licensed products and Brand Partnerships. Some Licensors include : Disney, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Warner Brothers, Pokemon, Nfl..just to name a few!  You possess organization qualities that others envy; are self-driven, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in our headquarters in Boulder, CO.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage portal submissions and work with the design team to ensure timely design approvals.
  • Track and manage licensed collection development timelines
  • Update and manage sell sheets, catalogs and line list information
  • Assist global merchandising team with licensed SKU segmentation 
  • Maintain SKU creation (doc control) workflow in coordination with graphic design and CMF leads for all licensed product collections including packaging requirements and timelines for supply chain.
  • Monthly inventory reporting
  • Draft and manage marketing briefs from submission to final asset approval
  • Manage pre production sampling for each licensor and salesman sample orders

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years experience working in a project management/ developer role in Licensed consumer products
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
  • Strong skills with design software such as Illustrator + Photoshop a plus!
