As a Certification Engagement Specialist on the Customer Enablement team, your mission will be to connect our amazing customers with our awesome learning and certification opportunities. We have spectacular customers at Alteryx, and the certification program is dedicated to empowering them to prove and improve their skills, advance their careers, and maximize their organizational impact. In this new role, you will create and execute a strategy to increase engagement in the Alteryx Certification Program and enhance the candidate experience. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will develop initiatives that help organizations leverage certification to accelerate digital transformation and decrease time to value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute initiatives to drive awareness and increase engagement within the Alteryx Certification Program and expand its global reach across organizations and industries.
  • Create a variety of internal and external promotional content and campaigns and design certification prep materials.
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and communicate the value of certification to individuals and organizations. Highlight and celebrate customer achievements.
  • Design avenues for customers to leverage certification for career advancement.
  • Design avenues for organizations to leverage certification to help meet digital transformation goals and address workforce skill gaps.
  • Manage online digital badging platform.
  • Establish and maintain a formal Subject Matter Expert recognition program.
  • Work closely with Community team on engagement plans and enhancements to the candidate experience within the Community platform.
  • Track effectiveness of engagement techniques.
  • Support certification program operations: provide administrative support, respond to customer inquiries, and create and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

  • Experience creating engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent writing skills – be prepared to provide a writing sample.
  • Experience working with a customer certification or enablement program.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects from strategy to execution.
  • Dedication to learning the Alteryx platform.

Valued Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Experience designing the candidate experience and marketing materials for a certification program.
  • UX design experience
  • Alteryx Designer Core Certified
  • Fluency in a second (non-English) language a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $78,500-$129,200. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
