About the role:

We continue to focus on talent density, maintaining a high performing culture, and fielding the best teams. A critical component of this strategy is continuing to develop a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires and offering innovative ongoing learning and development opportunities for those more tenured. As the L&D Coordinator, you will work with our Talent Acquisition team, HRBPs, L&D Program Lead and Director of L&D to support hiring managers and their newest team members.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the L&D team and its program offerings for new hires and tenured employees
  • Manage all scheduling and coordination for L&D training sessions
  • Facilitate trainings for new hires and tenured Angi team members
  • Review training needs through surveys, interviews, and benchmarking (both internal and industry-wide) to help evolve the L&D program
  • Run point on communicating L&D opportunities throughout the organization for HQ, Sales and Care
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand where their teams need assistance with up-skilling and design programs to support them
  • Effectively manage all aspects of quarterly review process for HQ

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of professional experience including at least 1 year in an L&D or education position 
  • Highly organized and efficient approach to program management
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels
  • Familiarity and comfort with data
  • Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership
  • Denver, CO is the preferred location but open to virtual/remote.

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience and performance
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package
