Role description:

FareHarbor is the premier tour and activity software company in the world, and only continuing to grow. The Lead Generation Coordinator (LGC) will contribute to the success of the organization by performing two main types of responsibilities: Load the CRM software with potential clients, and maintain the integrity of our client database.

The job is fun and exciting, as our company works with some of the best tour operators on the planet. For instance, you may spend the day seeking out the top food tours in Paris, or you might be compiling a spreadsheet with contact information for the top water parks in North America. At the same time, this position requires an extreme attention to detail. Our department plays a highly supportive role to the sales team, and therefore our accuracy and enthusiasm for doing things correctly allows them to get more companies on the best software in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for (and adding) tour and activity companies to our database
  • Understanding and accurately explaining complicated relationships between companies
  • Having the ability to read complex situations and make good judgment calls
  • Being highly resourceful and thorough at finding contact information for potential clients
  • Fielding inbound sales requests and quickly assigning them to the correct sales department
  • Collaborating on larger projects with other LGCs, and understanding their impact on the business
  • Occasionally may need to shift gears to complete a higher-priority task, though being comfortable working on longer projects continuously is more important.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English, speaking any other languages is a plus
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience in MS Excel
  • Database Experience is a huge plus
  • Task-oriented
  • Comfortable in a department that plays a supporting role
  • Well spoken and well written
  • Analytical problem solving
  • Extremely comfortable on the internet
