Havenly is looking for a service-minded IT/Helpdesk Admin to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will be responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and assistance with technology systems and system security. The position requires hands-on administration and configuration skills and the ability to handle first-level user support/training requests, including but not limited to desktop support, mobile device management, and software updates. Havenly is a 90% Mac environment, so knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting Macs is a must. Candidates must have a service-oriented mindset and a passion for learning, growth, and owning their role, working with operational technologies, and working with leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and manage Havenly’s growing fleet of computers and users, and to ensure high SLA and uptime of those systems, and quick resolution of issues for our employees.
  • Support growing contract community by tracking bugs, providing workarounds, and working with the software engineering team to triage and log issues. 
  • Work closely with CTO to develop a deep understanding of the current tools in place and the priority of new systems.
  • Manage inventory and tracking through MDM solutions.
  • Setup and deploy devices for new users in the onboarding process, and assist with decommissioning devices and access for users during offboarding. 
  • Assist with strategic and security initiatives.
  • Lead the technical work of implementing a new email system for the contractor base.
  • Work and manage the Help Desk Queue tickets escalated from Help Desk Specialist Agents.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-6 years of experience within Information Technology
  • Familiarity with the following tools and/or concepts: scripting and/or automated provisioning tools like Jamf, Mosyle, AppleScript, or similar, as well as cloud business tools such as Office 365, GSuite,  Slack, Jira/Confluence, Zoho, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting large distributed systems
  • "Yes" Attitude: Experience in navigating high-pressure encounters and last-minute changes
  • Ability to maintain detailed notes, documentation, and updates to staff and End Users
  • A service-mindset and a great bedside manner
  • A life-long learner who likes solving problems
  • Retail IT experience (Apple Genius, Microsoft Store, etc) is a plus.

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO

  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $60-75K/year, negotiable based upon experience.
