Strive is seeking a high-energy Systems Administrator who has a desire to work with telephony systems. Attention to detail, automation and a desire to see a project or task to the end is a must. You will also have the opportunity to implement a new, hosted, telephony system for your fellow strivers. You'll be a part of a team literally improving the lives of kidney patients and the clinical teams who treat them. In addition to providing support to the telephony system, you will help align clinical, technical and business teams to deliver maximum value to Strive's internal and external clients. This role reports to the Denver-based IT Director and is intended for an individual willing to take on any challenge required.
Essential Functions
- Implement and support a cloud-based phone system
- Train desktop staff on front line troubleshooting of tickets
- Support with ticket escalation
- Work with other Systems Administrators on non-telephony projects as needed.
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python
- Understanding of compliance standards/certifications like HIPAA, HITRUST, or NIST
- Provide the best end user computing experience possible using the current systems while bringing new ideas to the organization
- Work with the IT director to develop solutions to Strive's business requirements
- AWS Cloud systems management
- Azure/O365 management
- Intune Systems Management and MDM
- Chef configuration management
- An understanding of Azure AD policies, groups, software rollouts
- A strong understand of all things AD
- Managing Mac OS and Windows PCs in an enterprise remote environment
- Understanding of standard change management processes
- The ability to work with Strive's security team to find better and more secure ways to implement devices or processes
- Fortigate Firewall/VPN management and configuration experience
- Supporting service desk technicians as tickets are escalated
- Ability to travel as needed
Qualifications
- 3 Years experience with Genesys Cloud Platform
- 3 Years experience with Amazon Web Services
- Development experience with APIs, JSON, JavaScript
- 5 Years of Networking and System Administration in enterprise environments
- Ability to manage systems in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and improve
Annual Salary: $82,800-92,000
