IT Support Technician
Gtmhub is seeking an incredible IT Support Technician with 2+ years of relevant experience to join the team in Denver, CO.
This position is based in Denver, CO. We are currently working on a hybrid basis with a mix of working from home and working from the office.

The Role
Your primary goal as an IT Support Technician will be to ensure end-user equipment and applications are set and run smoothly up to Gtmhub standards. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems on endpoints and have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
The Nitty Gritty
As an IT Support Technician, you'll:
- Procure, install and configure user endpoints (Mac and Windows laptops) and applications for Gtmhub employees.
- Provide ongoing support and first-level contact for employee workstation and application issues.
- Set up user accounts and access on various platforms.
- Ensure the Gtmhub asset inventory register is up to date.
- Act as a liaison between Gtmhub's IT team and vendors of hardware procurement, repairs, and replacements.
- Be in charge of the local device management - restore returned devices to vendor default state, run system verification checks and ensure delivery to new employees in the US or Canada.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on IT procedures.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and manuals on IT support operations
What We're Looking for
To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:
- Experience with the support of end users’ systems – MacOS and Windows 10, including the installation, configuration, and recovery
- Experience with tools (MDM) for the development and deployment of system-wide policies according to internal company standards
- Hardware (mainly laptops) and software troubleshooting skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies
